I am an accomplished molecular biologist and computational scientist with extensive experience in single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), spatial transcriptomics (Visium HD, Xenium), proteomics, and multi-omics data integration. I combine experimental molecular biology with bioinformatics and data science, leveraging R, Python, and cloud-based pipelines to uncover insights in diabetes, oncology, and neurobiology. My research spans pancreatic islet biology, biomarker discovery, and translational applications in precision medicine.
Analyzed human pancreatic tissues using Seurat v5, Visium HD, and Banksy for high-resolution spatial mapping of islets and ductal regions.
Developed an R Shiny dashboard for visualization of clinical trial data, including survival curves, patient demographics, and biomarker trends.
Performed differential expression, variant analysis, and proteogenomic integration for DCM patient datasets using multi-omics approaches.
